This episode of Tangled features mycologist Dr Michael Taylor. Michael has spent years in academia doing research in public health, as well as looking at industrial and agricultural uses for fungi.

Recently, he quit his university job to set up his own urban mushroom farm, where he is using agricultural waste to grow gourmet mushrooms. He is also experimenting with other novel uses for mushroom mycelium. As you’ll be able to tell, Michael’s knowledge of and passion for fungi is significant.

I learned a lot from this conversation. And despite the lack of audio quality (sorry), I hope still you enjoy listening.
